There are many combinations of party but I will give you some of the best. You may or may not like them ;)
PVE: Tank, Enchanter, 2x Healers, 3x DD's (Blessing of Eva from healer x2 = Full party MP/HP/CP every 5 mins)
PVE: Tank, Enchanter, Healer, Sumoner, 3xDD's (Summoner can recharge healer)
PVP: Tank, Enchanter, 2x Healers, 3x DD's. (Without two healers you will get owned)
